Registration forms are due no later than Friday, April 8, 2022.

To be eligible to receive the basket:

• You must reside in the Northmont City School District

• You must be able to show a photo ID and a current utility bill (or similar) as proof of residency. (If someone else is picking up your box for you, they will need their photo ID and the applicant’s utility bill. As well as a note or advance phone call authorizing the change in pick-up).

Easter Food Baskets will be ready for pick up on:
